Who am I.
I am entrepreneurial in spirit, collaborative, with a high level of energy and curiosity. As much as I thrive in a collaborative environment, I have a super-focused, independent side, driving for excellence in project management and organization, while keeping clients and customers top of mind.
Content is king. Wear a crown.
Today content is king. Content is the backbone of marketing, communications, and the leading driver for searches and how business is conducted.
While curating content that is relevant and strategic for search engines yet reader-focused is valuable, so is the attention to detail.
What sets me apart.
Agility. My ability to be agile and versatile in the communication and marketing field has been an intentional mix of sought after skills. From a background in publishing, editing, and copywriting to internal and executive communication, to social media and content marketing—my qualifications offer great depth.
A little more about me.
In a 2,000-person village in the rolling hills of upstate N.Y., a girl grew to love writing and reading books. Not sure if it was the abundance of apple orchards, natural lakes, and snowy long winters that inspired this passion, but the stage was set for a love of writing and childhood creations, including short stories and pieced-together “magazines.”
The communication path led to an undergraduate major in English and professional writing, with a spot on the college campus newspaper as feature editor, leading to a career in Washington, D.C. in mission-driven communications.

Not sure if it was any one factor—maybe the long snowy winters, the sprawling grape vineyards and apple orchards, or the short but wonderful summers that led to my love of books. Whatever it was, my childhood set the stage for my lifelong love of writing.
